Every booking includes
- Our cart, professional barista and full espresso setup — we just need access and a power point (generator available)
- Specialty beans from local Melbourne roasters, plus full-cream, skim, oat, soy and almond milks
- Espresso menu, chai, hot chocolate and babycinos for the little ones
- Cups, lids and everything else — compostable as standard
- Setup and pack-down around your run sheet, arriving 60–90 minutes before service
- Public liability insurance and food safety certification

When the cart isn't at an event, it's parked where the people are — playgrounds, dog parks and weekend sport. Bring the family; babycinos are on the menu and dog treats are free.

Sip Circle is run by two Melbourne friends who believe the best moments at any gathering happen around coffee. We keep it simple: quality beans from local roasters, a barista who cares, and a cart that turns up on time and fits in anywhere — from a backyard wedding to the front lawn of an auction.
